Key Responsibilities:
Design, build, and maintain custom integrations between AirOps and customer CMSs (WordPress, Contentful, Sanity and others)
Gather customer integration requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Implement API integrations (REST, JSON, XML) with third-party platforms including task management tools
Document integration patterns, create setup guides, and enable customer success through technical enablement
Contribute to building reusable integration frameworks and templates that scale across our customer base
Monitor integration health, implement error handling, and ensure secure data exchanges
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and CX teams to identify common integration needs and inform product roadmap
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience building production software and API integrations
Strong proficiency in JavaScript and Python
Proven experience designing and implementing REST APIs and web services
Hands-on experience with modern web development practices and tools
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, especially when debugging complex integration issues
Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer projects simultaneously
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and making pragmatic technical decisions in a fast-moving environment
Experience gathering technical requirements and translating them into working solutions
Nice to Have:
Direct experience building integrations with CMSs (WordPress, Prismic, Contentful, Webflow, etc.)
Familiarity with task management APIs (Asana, Jira, Monday.com, ClickUp)
Knowledge of webhook architectures and event-driven systems
Interest in or experience with generative AI and content marketing workflows
