Be the first voice potential clients hear up to 6 phone evaluations daily with empathy, professionalism, and sharp case instincts Research claims, spot patterns, and draft concise internal memos that help attorneys move fast and decide smart Keep the firm's CRM, documents, and calendars immaculate the behind-the-scenes work that makes everything else possible Collaborate across teams and step in where needed, including supporting new-hire training

Requirements 1 year of customer service experience Benefits What We Offer:
Hourly pay: $26-$28 BOE Workplace: Remote Industry-Leading Benefits: Firm pays 100% of premiums for dental and vision
Firm pays 100% of all Silver-level medical plans
Firm contributes approximately 10% toward retirement (3% Safe Harbor + 7% Profit Sharing) $500 annual FSA contribution Time for Life: Accrual of 80 hours of PTO (additional 40 hours on 3rd anniversary), 40 hours sick pay, plus your birthday off as a fully paid day.
