50% text, 50% voiceThe primary responsibilities will include moderating our Meta comments, and responding to text messages/emails from our customers. Once you're acclimated, we will have you answering inbound calls, and outbound calling warm/hot leads. We receive about 100 quote requests from our website each day, so you'll be responsible for calling them, answering their questions and concerns, and guiding them through the sales process. 40 hours per week, bi-weekly payPaid TrainingPlease send resume and include a link to a short audio sample of you speaking English.
