What You'll Do

  • Respond to inbound leads via phone, email, and LinkedIn within defined SLAs:

    • 5 minutes speed to lead during business hours

    • Adequate outreach and tracking of pipeline (7+ touchpoints within the first week of each lead’s lifecycle)

  • Qualify inbound prospects using a structured discovery framework (BANT, MEDDICC-lite, etc.)

  • Book qualified meetings for Account Executives

  • Clearly articulate our value proposition and product benefits

  • Maintain accurate CRM records (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)

  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to improve lead quality and conversion

  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly meeting and pipeline targets

What You Have

  • Extreme accountability. We are a growing inbound motion in need of employees seeking to make a real impact in the company. Reps who “clock-in/clock-out” or make excuses for missing quota or missing SLAs (even when it is not 100% in their control) will not succeed.

  • Commitment to seeing the team (not just themselves) succeed.

  • 0–3 years of experience in sales, customer success, or a customer-facing role.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Comfortable handling high inbound volume and live conversations

  • Coachable, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset

  • Strong time management and organizational skills

  • Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus (Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, etc.)

What We'd Love To See

  • Previous SDR/BDR experience (inbound or outbound)

  • SaaS, tech, or B2B sales exposure

  • Experience qualifying leads or booking meetings

  • Interest in growing into an Account Executive or Sales role
