What You Might Do (depending on the opportunity)
Lead people strategy across talent acquisition, employee experience, culture, and leadership development
Design and implement scalable people systems grounded in care, clarity, and accountability
Champion practices that support inclusion, psychological safety, and belonging
Partner with executive teams to build aligned, values-driven organizational cultures
Foster leadership development programs that integrate emotional intelligence and self-awareness
Integrate inner work values such as reflection, presence, and relational depth into people practices
Contribute to a leadership culture that prizes authenticity, self-awareness, and trust
Who You Are
8+ years in people leadership roles (e.g., Chief People Officer, VP of People, Head of Talent, Director of People & Culture)
Experience building and scaling HR/talent strategies in dynamic, high-growth organizations
Skilled at balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution
Values-driven, growth-oriented, and passionate about nurturing both people and culture
Your life demonstrates commitment to personal development, self-awareness, and understanding others
Interested in a deeper integration between your personal and professional development
Bonus Points
Prior experience in conscious organizations or purpose-driven companies
Background in coaching, learning & development, or facilitation
Experience designing org-wide initiatives around feedback, reflection, and conscious leadership
