ABOUT THE ROLE & THE TEAM:
The HR Analyst is the primary owner of our People data and operational efficiency. You will ensure the integrity of our HRIS, generate actionable insights, and drive improvements in our core HR processes to enable data-driven decision-making for leadership.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Reporting & Analytics: Generate, maintain, and analyze regular reports on key HR metrics, including headcount, turnover, compensation trends, and engagement results for the Executive Team
Data Integrity: Serve as the guardian of employee data accuracy within the HRIS (e.g., HiBob) and other connected systems, performing regular audits, clean-up, and ensuring consistency across platforms
Ad-Hoc Support: Fulfill time-sensitive, ad-hoc data and reporting requests from senior leaders, Finance, and Legal to inform critical business decisions and planning cycles
Compliance Reporting: Assist the HR and People Operations team in the accurate preparation and submission of mandatory compliance reports (e.g., EEO-1, global filings, SOC II and ISO Audits)
System Administration: Act as a hands-on system administrator for our HRIS (e.g., HiBob) and key HR technology platforms (e.g., Ashby, Juno Journey, Pave, Coda), managing user access, system configurations, and data export
Process Optimization: Proactively identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks in existing HR and People Ops processes. Propose and implement streamlined, scalable solutions to minimize manual data entry and increase compliance
Program Support: Provide administrative and data support for key annual HR programs, including performance review cycles, compensation planning, and employee engagement surveys
Ad Hoc Project Support: Provide essential analytical and operational support to HRBPs on various projects, helping to translate strategic concepts into measurable outcomes
WHAT YOU’ll BRING:
Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Human Resources, or a quantitative field
3–5 years of experience working in an analytical or data-focused role, preferably within a Human Resources or People Operations function
Proven expertise in managing and manipulating data using Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets & Google Slides (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data visualization)
Prior hands-on experience as an administrator or heavy user of a modern HRIS (e.g., HiBob, Workday, BambooHR)
Strong attention to detail and an absolute commitment to data accuracy and integrity
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data findings into clear, digestible insights for non-technical stakeholders
