Position: HR/Recruiter Number of hours: 40 hours/week Schedule: TBD Responsibilities: Recruitment & HR Functions: Manage the full recruitment process job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.Assist in monitoring attendance, leaves, and other HR-related reports.Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations. Accounting & Payroll Support: Prepare and process payroll accurately and on time.Coordinate with Accounting for salary adjustments, deductions, and government contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, etc.).Assist in basic bookkeeping tasks such as recording transactions and reconciling accounts.Maintain organized records of pay slips, invoices, and related documents. Requirements: Bachelor s degree in human resources, Psychology, Accounting, or related field.Proven experience in HR, recruitment, and payroll processing.Knowledge of basic accounting principles is an advantage.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and HR/payroll systems.Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.Must be based in Bulacan or Caloocan.Able to work independently in a remote setup.
