🎯 What You Will Do

Operations Manager는 팀 내의 Operation Leadership과 직속으로 호패의 글로벌 운영을 체계화하고 최적화하는 핵심 역할을 수행합니다.

1. 재무 운영 및 관리

• 글로벌 재무 플랫폼 운영 및 일일 모니터링

• 각종 재무 자료 준비 및 관리

• 한국 및 글로벌 법인 간 자금 흐름 관리 및 최적화

2. HR 및 조직 운영

• 채용 시 발생하는 행정 업무 전반(계약서 관리, 국내외 노동법 및 고용 규정 준수, 온보딩 지원)을 책임지고 수행

• 각종 사회보험, 급여, 퇴직금, Benefit 등 국내외 법인 행정 처리

3. IR 관리

• 투자자 커뮤니케이션 지원 및 자료 준비

• 각종 동의서, 결의서, 이사회 의결서 준비 및 프로세스 관리

4. 파트너십 및 계약 관리

• 파트너사 계약 관리 및 지원

• NDA, MOU 및 계약서 검토

• DocuSign등 활용한 디지털 계약 관리

5. 운영 효율화 및 프로세스 개선

• 운영 프로세스 문서화 및 표준화

• AI 도구를 활용한 업무 자동화 방안 연구 및 구현

• 크로스펑셔널 프로젝트 매니지먼트

• Executive 미팅 참여 및 Key Operational Action Item 관리
