We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Sales Czechia to join our organisation in Prague, Czechia.🤩
As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and implementing sales strategies, and leading a high-performing field sales team.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets in the assigned territory
Build, lead, motivate, and mentor a team of field sales representatives to maximise their performance and productivity
Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience and support
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
Conduct regular field visits to support the team and engage with customers directly
Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to senior management
Forecast sales revenue and adjust strategies as needed to meet organisational goals
Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to enhance the company's market presence
Requirements:
Proven track record of success in field sales leadership roles, with a history of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Extensive experience in managing and developing high-performing sales teams
Strong understanding of sales strategies, forecasting, and performance metrics
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Advanced negotiation and closing skills
Outstanding presentation and public speaking abilities
In-depth knowledge of the local market in Prague and surrounding regions
Understanding of industry trends and competitive landscape
Fluency in Czech and English
