We’re hiring our first Head of Partnerships to design, build, and scale an ecosystem that turns AirOps from a product into a platform — one that powers how agencies, consultancies, and technology providers create, activate, and measure AI-driven content at scale.

This is a hybrid role by design: part-strategist, part-operator, and part-dealmaker. You’ll architect the partner motion that connects our software, services, and community into a compounding growth engine.

What you’ll do

Build and scale the AirOps Partner Network

  • Turn one-off collaborations into repeatable motions across agencies, consultancies, data providers, and AI platforms.

  • Develop a GTM playbook that drives measurable partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue.

  • Design incentive models, partner tiers, enablement programs, and success metrics that scale.

Transform partnerships into distribution

  • Productize the relationships that matter most, integrations that expand our surface area, agency bundles that combine services + software, and reseller models that unlock new markets.

  • Co-market with partners to drive awareness, and co-sell with partners to drive revenue.

Bridge product and ecosystem

  • Work closely with Product and Engineering to identify integration opportunities that expand the AirOps API and workflow layer.

  • Represent the partner voice in product roadmap discussions, ensuring our platform is built to scale through others.

Operate like a founder

  • Start hands-on: source, negotiate, and close the first 10 high-impact partnerships yourself.

  • Once the flywheel spins, hire and mentor a lean, high-leverage team across Partner Sales, Partner Marketing, and Ops.

  • Build dashboards that measure partner pipeline, activation, and ROI.

Who you are

  • You’ve built or scaled partnership programs at high-growth SaaS companies (ideally Series A–C) and know how to turn relationships into revenue.

  • You move seamlessly between strategy and execution.

  • You’re commercially creative: you understand deal structures, incentives, and the psychology of long-term collaboration.

  • You’re fluent in the language of SaaS metrics, product integrations, and GTM motions.

  • You think like a founder, operator, and storyteller, not a bureaucrat.

  • You see partnerships as a growth channel and a brand amplifier.

  • You’re excited to build your own public brand around the partnerships discipline, sharing insights, hosting events, and helping define what modern partner marketing looks like.
