The role:

We're looking for a Head of Finance to build an AI-native finance function that directly shapes capital deployment, growth strategy, and financial operations. Reporting to Metaview's Co-founder & CEO, you'll be his key partner in making sure we gather and maximize the impact of our runway. You'll own the financial systems, rigor, and insights that enable rapid scale.

Key ownership areas:

• Own financial strategy and planning. Build our financial model, lead budgeting and scenario planning, and drive capital allocation as we scale.

• Rationalize and automate our financial stack. Optimize our tools and workflows (Chargebee, Xero, Ramp, etc.) and build scalable systems that eliminate manual work.

• Drive financial decision-making. Ensure we have the reporting we need to inform leadership and investor conversations.

• Own financial operations and controls at scale. Build and run a world-class finance function (AP/AR, invoicing, subscriptions, multi-currency revenue, payroll coordination, vendor management, treasury, and monthly close). Ensure accuracy and board-readiness while establishing the controls and processes needed for hypergrowth.

• Establish financial controls and rigor. Design reliable revenue and accrual processes, implement strong controls, and deliver audit-ready financials that give leadership absolute confidence in company health.

What you bring:

• High agency, high energy, low ego.

• 8+ years of finance, accounting, or FP&A experience in high-growth B2B SaaS or venture-backed companies.

• Experience with financial modeling, budgeting, scenario planning, and capital allocation in a scaling company.

• Demonstrated ability to communicate complex financial narratives to investors, board members, and leadership.

• Advanced proficiency with accounting/financial management tools.

• Systems-thinker who can design and build our financial stack and processes with AI at the core.
