About the Role
We’re hiring a Head of eCommerce to own and scale our Shopify ecommerce business as we expand beyond prescription products into a full non-Rx wellness experience, including supplements and skincare.
This role reports directly to the founders and C-suite and will lead the buildout and growth of our broader ecommerce ecosystem across multiple 9-figure telehealth brands. You’ll operate in a fast-moving startup environment—with substantial traffic, significant paid media investment, and the ambition and resources of a mature company.
This is not a maintenance or coordination role. We’re looking for a proven ecommerce operator who has scaled a high-volume Shopify business, understands how performance marketing and conversion architecture intersect, and can drive measurable impact across revenue, CAC, AOV, conversion rate, subscription growth, and retention.
You’ll begin as a hands-on owner—overseeing Shopify, subscriptions, integrations, and marketplace channels—and evolve into building and leading a high-performing ecommerce team as revenue scales.
Your Responsibilities
Ecommerce Ownership & Performance
Own and operate the Shopify storefront end-to-end
Manage complex catalogs (multi-SKU, bundles, subscriptions via Recharge)
Oversee integrations across apps, analytics, fulfillment, and tax systems
Own core ecommerce KPIs: revenue, conversion rate, AOV, CAC, retention, and checkout completion
Drive measurable improvements through CRO, landing page optimization, and A/B testing
Paid Traffic & Lifecycle Alignment
Partner with paid media teams in driving traffic to Shopify
Optimize storefront and landing pages to improve paid performance and reduce CAC
Collaborate on lifecycle marketing (abandoned cart, upsells, subscription retention, product launches)
Ensure ecommerce infrastructure supports promotional campaigns and scaling traffic
Multi-Channel & Marketplace Expansion
Oversee Amazon channel performance (required)
Support expansion into additional marketplaces
Ensure operational consistency and profitability across all ecommerce channels
Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Execution
Directly manage Shopify development resources and coordinate with design and marketing
Coach and develop team members while raising standards of execution
Build structure, accountability, and scalable processes
Grow and lead the ecommerce team as revenue scales
Strategic Growth & Expansion
Lead the launch of our full non-Rx ecommerce experience (supplements & skincare)
Expand product offerings and build scalable systems for growth
Partner wiship, product management, or DTC operations
Experience scaling ecommerce businesses in fast-moving, startup environments
Have owned and operated a high-volume Shopify store, ideally generating $5M+ in annual revenue
Have partnered closely with paid media teams managing significant ad budgets ($100K+ monthly) and understand how traffic performance connects to storefront conversion
Deep, hands-on experience within the Shopify platform (themes, integrations, subscriptions, troubleshooting, and platform setup)
Direct experience with subscription products, ideally using Recharge
Experience leading Shopify development resources and working closely with design, marketing, and growth teams
Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing, retention systems, and subscription optimization
Experience managing Amazon marketplace operations (required); exposure to additional channels such as Walmart marketplace, google shopping, iHerb, etc is a plus
Ability to track and clearly articulate key KPIs and outcomes and how your work directly impacts metrics such as CAC, AOV, conversion rate, retention, and LTV
Comfortable operating as a hands-on leader while building and scaling a teamth founders and C-suite to shape ecommerce strategy
Who You Are
5–10 years of experience in ecommerce leader

As full-time member of our team, you’ll enjoy:
Flexible working hours
Work wherever you choose.
Unlimited Paid Time off
Paid non-working holidays per country of residence.
