Tasks As a Head of Content, you'll be closely working with the Weflow founding team to lead our content efforts to drive pipeline. This role is designed for people who are passionate content marketing and aiming to become a world-class content marketers. As a Content Marketing Lead (f/m/d), you would be responsible for: Planning and managing a content calendar aligned with our commercial goals, focusing on lead generation and traffic growth. Creating, editing, and publishing engaging, high-quality content across formats - LinkedIn social, newsletters, cheat sheets, reports, case studies, blogs, etc.. Scale our content production engine without sacrificing quality. Conducting keyword and SEO/AEO/GEO optimization to boost visibility, rankings, and organic traffic, and report on performance regularly. Collaborating closely with marketing, sales, and in-house experts to craft impactful and audience-driven content. Requirements Experience: 3-5+ years of content marketing experience Hands-on execution: Experience working in hands-on & fast-paced B2B startup environments, with demonstrated progression of strategic responsibility Proven revenue impact: Track record of meeting or exceeding pipeline and revenue targets across both new customer acquisition AND customer expansion/retention motions Program scalability mindset: Experience building repeatable content frameworks and marketing programs that efficiently reach multiple segments and markets, rather than one-off or highly customized approaches RevOps & GTM fluency: Deep understanding of our audience targeting RevOps, sales, and customer success.
