Hardware Manager - AI Devices 硬件负责人

We are a startup building AI agents and consumer devices. Users prompt agents to take actions across their tools, and use our custom devices to capture intent on the go. We are a small team based in Shenzhen and New York and our founder previously started a unicorn company in Silicon Valley.

We are looking for a hardware manager to lead the development of our smart ring from prototype to mass production. You will own the full hardware stack, work closely with ODM partners in Shenzhen, and drive fast iteration while ensuring production readiness.

Responsibilities

• Own and ship the smart ring hardware from architecture through mass production

• Work hands-on with ODM partners on schematics, PCB, and key design trade-offs (size, power, cost)

• Lead validation and iteration across power, RF, and audio while ensuring DFM/DFT and production readiness

• Define test strategy (EVT/DVT/PVT) and drive issues to closure through NPI and mass production

Requirements

• 5+ years consumer hardware experience

• Strong background in low-power BLE devices

• Hands-on experience with hardware testing and debugging

我们正在寻找一位硬件负责人，主导智能戒指从原型到量产的完整开发。你将负责整体硬件体系，与深圳的 ODM 紧密合作，在保证量产可行性的同时推动快速迭代。

工作职责

• 负责并推动智能戒指硬件从架构设计到量产落地

• 与 ODM 团队紧密协作，推进原理图、PCB 设计及关键取舍（尺寸、功耗、成本）

• 主导功耗、射频及音频系统的验证与迭代，同时确保 DFM/DFT 与量产准备

• 制定测试策略（EVT / DVT / PVT），并在 NPI 与量产过程中推动问题闭环解决

任职要求

• 5 年以上消费电子硬件经验

• 熟悉低功耗 BLE 设备

• 具备扎实的硬件测试与调试能力
