Full Job Description

This is a hands-on operations role where you’ll support the founders directly and take responsibility for crucial tasks that keep the business running smoothly. From packaging and QA checks to shipping carrier coordination, plus helping hire and organize part-time staff, you’ll be at the heart of how we execute. Over time, the right candidate can grow into a senior operational leadership role — with the possibility of becoming COO as the company scales.

What you’ll do:

  • Do all of daily execution part that founders needed

  • Ensure all shipping operations are accurate and on time with managing team

  • Communicate with founders to plan shipments and reporting properly

  • Check shipment sheets and prioritize deliveries. If problem happens find the way to solve it.

  • Monitor team performance, catch mistakes, and introduce improvements

  • Basically managing a CS/Ops team. You will be head of CS / Operations, Shipping/ Inventory teams

Qualifications:

  • WILLING TO WORK IN MAKATI ONSITE

  • Humble attitude, eager to learn and grow with a startup

  • 2+ years of experience in a related field (experience not limited to shipping)

  • Experience working closely with founders or executives

  • Comfortable using Slack and other tools

  • Comfortable speaking English

Role:

  • Part-time to start — full-time leadership potential over time
