Canals is a bootstrapped, profitable startup transforming wholesale distribution (a trillion-dollar industry) with AI. Our platform integrates seamlessly with the systems distributors already use, automating tedious tasks and reducing failure points in moving physical goods across the globe.

We’re a 55-person, fully remote team across North America, operating at millions in ARR and growing rapidly without outside funding.

The Opportunity

We’re hiring a GTM Recruiter to help scale our go-to-market organization — including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. Our growth is accelerating, and we need someone who can attract, engage, and close exceptional talent across all customer-facing teams.

You’ll partner directly with GTM and executive leadership to execute recruiting strategies that fuel revenue growth. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, high-impact environment and can build strong pipelines of performance-driven, culture-aligned talent.

What You’ll Do

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.

  • Build and maintain a steady pipeline of high-quality candidates through creative sourcing and outbound strategies.

  • Partner closely with hiring managers and executives to define role requirements, shape outreach, and calibrate on talent quality.

  • Manage candidate experience end-to-end — ensuring every interaction reflects Canals’ culture of transparency, excellence, and ownership.

  • Use data to monitor and improve funnel health, conversion rates, and hiring velocity.

  • Represent Canals authentically to the market — telling our story in a way that excites top commercial talent.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (in-house or agency) with a strong record of delivering hires for GTM roles.

  • Outstanding sourcing skills — you know how to find high-performing sellers, marketers, and customer success professionals.

  • Strong communication and selling ability — you can engage, influence, and close candidates in competitive markets.

  • Experience recruiting across multiple GTM functions (AE, SDR, RevOps, Marketing, CS, Partnerships, etc.).

  • Comfort managing multiple searches and delivering consistent pipeline momentum.

  • Proactive, organized, and collaborative — you take ownership, deliver results, and elevate the team around you.
