As a GTM Operations Analyst at Socure, you will be a technical, self-motivated operator responsible for administering GTM systems, automation, and AI-driven revenue acceleration initiatives. This role demands a high level of autonomy and technical expertise, serving as a foundation for robust tooling, data integrity, reporting, and automation across the GTM stack. This position emphasizes hands-on execution and the development of scalable technical solutions, rather than direct interaction with sales representatives.

What You'll Do:

  • Administer and support Revenue Acceleration and AI initiatives, such as Momentum.io, Clari AI Agents, Clari Forecast AI, MEDDPICC scoring, Opportunity scoring, and Agentic AI capabilities.

  • Act as a Salesforce power user: build and maintain reports and dashboards, troubleshoot data discrepancies, and collaborate with Salesforce Administrators to drive system automation and improvements.

  • Manage integrations and reporting workflows across Salesforce, Google Sheets, and BI tools (e.g., Tableau).

  • Own recurring operational workflows related to data quality, forecasting inputs, and system hygiene, with minimal supervision.

  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve efficiency through advanced tooling, process automation, and technical optimization within the GTM funnel.

  • Document processes, system logic, and operational runbooks to support scalability and knowledge transfer.

  • Proactively identify and surface risks, gaps, and opportunities for improvement related to GTM systems and data.

What You Bring:

  • 2–5+ years of experience in GTM Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Systems roles.

  • Advanced proficiency in Salesforce, including expertise in reporting, dashboards, data models, and troubleshooting.

  • Experience supporting or administering Clari and revenue intelligence tools.

  • Strong technical aptitude, particularly with data, systems integrations, and automation.

  • Proven ability to work independently with minimal direction.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Domo, or similar platforms.

  • Familiarity with Google Sheets automation, formulas, or App Scripts.

  • Experience supporting AI-driven GTM or forecasting initiatives.

  • Exposure to SaaS, B2B, or Fintech industries.
