🎯 What You Will Do
Own and execute Hopae’s go-to-market strategy for new and existing products
Define ICPs, positioning, and messaging to ensure clear market differentiation
Lead end-to-end product launches across channels with measurable impact
Design and optimize multi-channel campaigns to drive acquisition and growth
Partner cross-functionally with Product, BD, and Operations to align strategy and execution
Track performance, analyze data, and continuously improve funnel conversion and ROI
🧠 Who You Are
8+ years of experience in GTM, marketing, or growth in a fast-paced tech environment
Experience in Leading a GTM / Marketing Team in a Start up environment
Strong at turning complex products into clear, compelling positioning
Data-driven and structured, with a strong focus on measurable outcomes
Experienced in cross-functional collaboration with Product and Engineering teams
High ownership mindset and comfortable operating in ambiguity
Excellent communication skills in English
