Graphite is an AI code review platform that helps the world’s leading engineering teams like Vercel, Shopify, Ramp, Figma, and Snowflake ship higher quality code, faster.

As an early member of our growth team, you'll play a pivotal role in building and executing demand generation strategies that drive enterprise adoption of Graphite. With our sales team expanding rapidly to meet demand, we need someone focused on ensuring that we’re reaching prospects at the right moment in their buying journey and turning interest into high quality leads that fuel our pipeline.

In this role, you'll have significant autonomy to own growth objectives and spearhead high-impact experiments, partnering closely with sales, marketing, design, and engineering.

What you’ll do

  • Design, launch, and analyze outbound experiments from initial hypothesis through to final results, aiming to uncover breakthrough strategies worth scaling

  • Write compelling copy for email and LinkedIn with thoughtful messaging that resonates with our target audience and showcases the product's value

  • Manage inbound responses in real-time and route qualified leads to the sales team

  • Partner with sales to ensure messaging lands effectively with both technical and business stakeholders

  • Build highly targeted prospect lists for outbound campaigns (leveraging PLG data, website behavior, content engagement, events, and more)

What we’re looking for

  • Demonstrated track record of selling or experimenting with developer tools

  • 5-7 years at a fast-paced startup where you drove growth experiments from start to finish

  • Experienced in scaling outbound through cold email and LinkedIn outreach

  • Strong A/B testing background - you iterate quickly on copy, channels, and audience segments

  • Relentless experimenter - you think creatively and embrace failure as part of the process

  • Natural written and verbal communicator with sharp execution skills

  • Move quickly, sweat the details, and thrive in high-context, high-trust environments

Nice-to-haves

  • Proficient with growth tools like HubSpot, Clay, Unify, Outreach.io, Hex

  • Experience using PLG signals to identify high-intent users
