Full Job Description
About Supabase
Supabase is the Postgres development platform, built by developers for developers. We provide a complete backend solution including Database, Auth, Storage, Edge Functions, Realtime, and Vector Search. All services are deeply integrated and designed for growth.
About the Role
We’re looking for a GTM Engineer to join our Growth and RevOps teams and help make Supabase’s go-to-market teams dramatically more productive. You’ll work closely with Growth, RevOps, Sales, and Success, helping us translate product usage and customer signals into actionable workflows — improving how we identify, prioritize, and convert opportunities across the funnel.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in async, fast-paced environments and is excited about building developer tools that scale to millions. This is not a traditional marketing or sales role; it’s a systems and execution role focused on increasing the efficiency of our PLG → revenue engine.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Automation & Workflow Engineering
Design and build automation across our GTM stack (HubSpot, BigQuery, Hightouch, enrichment tools) to reduce manual toil.
Own and extend our PLS trigger infrastructure to translate product usage signals into actionable workflows.
Maintain HubSpot architecture, including workflows, custom properties, and sequences to support evolving motions.
Tooling for Customer-Facing Teams
Build lightweight internal tools and dashboards that provide AEs, BDRs, and CSAs with real-time account intelligence.
Integrate AI (Claude, Gemini) into rep workflows for account research, meeting prep, and transcript summarization.
Partner with RevOps on compensation tracking, pipeline reporting, and territory tooling.
Data & Insights
Develop GTM dashboards in Hex for leadership and frontline teams to monitor pipeline coverage and PLS conversion.
Connect product data from BigQuery to our CRM to create a unified view of account health.
Manage data enrichment pipelines to ensure contact data is accurate and actionable.
Infrastructure & Integrations
Extend integrations across the GTM stack, specifically the sync between HubSpot, BigQuery, and Hightouch.
Build APIs, webhooks, and Cloud Functions to automate data flows and cross-system syncs.
You Might Be a Good Fit If You
Have 3+ years of experience in a GTM Engineering, Sales Engineering, or RevOps Engineering role at a B2B SaaS company.
Are comfortable working with HubSpot (APIs, custom objects), SQL/BigQuery, and building automations with Python or Node.js.
Communicate clearly across both technical and non-technical audiences, specifically Sales and Marketing stakeholders.
Have experience in async or globally distributed teams.
Are energized by solving real-world problems for developers and deploying applied AI in a sales context.
Are comfortable navigating ambiguity, moving quickly, and owning your own roadmap.

Annual Off-Sites

Flexible Work
We operate asynchronously and trust you to manage your own time. You know what needs to be done and when.
