About the Role

We’re looking for a Growth & Partnerships Associate — someone who thrives at the intersection of relationships, communication, and execution.

This is not a traditional Sales role. You’ll own programs, test ideas, and help shape our GTM motion from day one.

What You’ll Own Immediately

  • Partnership & Ecosystem Programs — coordinate strategic collaborations with developer and research communities

  • Customer & User Outreach — re-engage existing sign-ups and subscribers, identify high-value users, and connect them to the right plan or opportunity

  • Growth Experiments — propose and run creative GTM initiatives that strengthen visibility and engagement across our ecosystem

Core Responsibilities

  • Manage and expand partner relationships (developers, labs, communities, research groups)

  • Own outreach sequences (Clay, n8n, HubSpot, Reply.io)

  • Handle inbound interest and coordinate discovery calls

  • Keep CRM and reporting structured; deliver weekly updates on partnership traction

  • Collaborate with DevRel on ecosystem initiatives and co-marketing opportunities

  • Co-Sell with the CRO and founding team

What You Bring

  • 1-3 years in sales, devrel, partnerships, or growth within AI, developer tools, or cloud infrastructure.

  • Deep familiarity with AI or open-source developer communities (e.g. Hugging Face, GitHub, Modal, Replicate, Vercel, Supabase)

  • Entrepreneurial and self-driven — you thrive in fast-moving, technical environments, operate independently, and get things done without waiting for permission.

  • Highly organized and analytical — you keep outreach, reporting, and partner data clean and actionable

  • Excellent written and verbal communication — concise, confident, and technically credible

  • Proficient with HubSpot, Clay, Notion, or n8n (or confident picking up similar systems)

  • Bonus: understanding of AI app development, model deployment workflows, inference infrastructure, or AI cloud platforms
