The role:
As a Growth Marketing Manager focused on our self-serve funnel, you’ll be responsible for driving PQL demand. This is a hands-on builder role. You’ll design and ship experiments across product surfaces and paid channels, working closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, and CS to form clear hypotheses, learn quickly, and scale what works.

Key ownership areas:
Drive self-serve demand and PQLs through a mix of product-led growth loops and paid demand generation channels (e.g. search, paid social, influencers).
Run experiments to help us grow faster, including launching and iterating on new free products.
Level up and scale end-user growth programs such as Job Hoppers and Customer Referrals.
Improve the PLG funnel in close collaboration with Product (website → signup conversion, free → paid conversion)
What you bring:
Previous experience in growth, product, or performance marketing roles at high-growth B2B SaaS companies.
Proven track record of driving PQLs and self-serve demand through free and paid channels.
Strong builder instinct with the ability to rapidly deploy experiments end-to-end.
Exceptional product, UX, and messaging taste; can design and critique user journeys across product surfaces and marketing channels.
Highly analytical and impact-driven, with strong judgment on where to focus time and effort.
Happy to work in a hybrid working arrangement. We aim for 3 days (or more) per week in the office. This role is London based.
