The Growth Marketing Manager for ImPACT plays a pivotal role in accelerating lead and revenue growth through data-driven performance marketing, funnel optimization, and campaign execution. This role is ideal for a strategic marketer who thrives on testing, learning, and scaling successful tactics. You ll be instrumental in expanding our reach across healthcare, education, and sports, driving measurable ROI and supporting customer acquisition and retention goals.In this role you will get to:Build and manage HubSpot workflows, nurture sequences, and segmentation to engage new leads and automate customer journeysDevelop and execute scalable marketing automation workflows, nurture campaigns, and Salesforce integrations in HubSpotLaunch and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and industry platforms, testing copy, targeting, CTAs, and landing pages to drive conversions and ROIIncrease website sessions and form submissions through improved navigation, SEO, CTAs, and user flowsUse GA4 to analyze website traffic, map user journeys, track events, and tag conversionsGrow MQLs through webinars, gated content, and strategic referral partnershipsMaintain and deliver accurate marketing dashboards and reports using HubSpot, Salesforce, and TableauTrack and analyze key metrics like CPC, CTR, and ROI, providing actionable bi-weekly performance insightsEnsure CRM data hygiene and lead-source integrity across our HubSpot and Salesforce instancesCollaborate cross-functionally to develop and execute a comprehensive growth marketing strategy that fuels business expansionDisclaimerThe above statements describe the general nature and level of the work performed by people assigned to this work.
