Full Job Description

We’re looking for a Paid Media Buyer who’s data-driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about digital advertising. Your job is to manage and optimize ad campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Google, and new platforms like AppLovin to drive real results.

Responsibilities

  • Generate creative strategy and ads

  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop strong ad visuals and copy

  • Monitor performance, run A/B tests, and continuously optimize for ROI

  • Report on campaign results and use data to improve future campaigns

Requirements

  • 3+ years running successful paid ad campaigns (Facebook, Google, etc.)

  • Deep experience with Ads Manager, Google Ads, and analytics tools

  • Strong analytical skills; confident working with performance data

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
