You will design high-quality visuals and reusable systems that keep the identity cohesive while helping teams ship faster, spanning web, events, merch, campaigns, presentations, and ecosystem programs. You will turn complex, technical ideas into clear, memorable graphics with strong craft, restraint, and consistency.You will collaborate closely with the Design, Content, and Ecosystem teams to ensure that all visual work aligns with Monad’s creative direction and design standards.
