我们正在上海寻找一名自由职业游戏预告片动画师，为一款受到 Animal Crossing、吉卜力和 Zelda 启发的游戏制作温暖、有角色感的短片。你将从现有角色、场景和粗略故事方向出发，完成分镜、动画、灯光、渲染和剪辑。

工作职责

• 把创意方向转化为清晰的分镜、animatic 和镜头计划。

• 制作角色表演、环境动画、摄像机运动、灯光和最终渲染。

• 与小团队快速评审并迭代节奏、情绪和视觉细节。

• 交付成片、分镜、工程文件和可复用资产。

任职要求

• 提供风格化 3D 动画、游戏预告片或叙事短片作品集。

• 熟练使用 Blender、Maya、Cinema 4D 或同类动画工具。

• 具备良好的角色表演、镜头语言、灯光和剪辑判断。

• 自由职业/合同制，能独立推进并按里程碑交付。

We are looking for a freelance Game Trailer Animator in Shanghai to create a warm, character-driven short inspired by Animal Crossing, Studio Ghibli, and Zelda.

Responsibilities

• Turn a rough creative direction into storyboards, an animatic, and a clear shot plan.

• Produce character acting, environment animation, camera work, lighting, rendering, and edit.

• Iterate quickly with a small team on pacing, emotion, and visual detail.

• Deliver the finished film, boards, organized project files, and reusable assets.

Requirements

• A portfolio of stylized 3D animation, game trailers, or narrative shorts.

• Strong Blender, Maya, Cinema 4D, or comparable animation skills.

• Excellent judgment in acting, cinematography, lighting, and editing.

• Freelance/contract availability with independent milestone-based delivery.
