About usWe're on a mission to bring contracts and any other long documents to the 21st century!We re using AI to make these documents intelligible, abstracting what matters in them and detailing their content so that humans can manipulate them easily.We've been working on this since the beginning of 2021, and have applications in Real Estate, Finance, Insurance, and other industries. We're passionate about building a company as diverse and creative as possible.As a Zenlaw Full-Stack Engineer you will:Develop new features working with cross-functional squads, within a distributed teamUse creative thinking - we are building most of our features from scratch and our product is uniqueSolve complex, but fun, technical problemsActively partner with our tech team to learn from each other and make well-rounded solutionsWe are looking for a Full-Stack Engineer with:Bachelor s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or related fieldAt least 2 years of proven experience as a Full-Stack Engineer or similar roleExperience with GolangFamiliarity with Object-Relation Mapping framework (ideally GORM)Advanced knowledge in ReactJS, Redux, and MUIBe genuinely interested in technology and love to try new thingsTackle complex problems but also consider multiple solutions, weigh them, and decide on the best course of actionThrive on providing and receiving transparent but always constructive feedbackConsider multiple quality dimensions like user impact, failure tolerance, code maintenance, implementation time, security breaches, and performanceBonus skills:DevOps (docker, kubernetes)MLOpsPython (machine learning, Natural Language Processing, string manipulation)You care about:Ownership: you easily communicate ideas, implement them, and take responsibility for your actionsHelping others: sharing knowledge with your colleagues is on top of your prioritiesFast-paced startups: you love adapting to different situations, and you know how and when to iterate fast and with high qualityOur product: you believe in our vision, and are willing to give your best to build the future of ZenlawWhat we offer you:Entrepreneurial responsibility and flat-hierarchiesOwnership of your workPosition 100% remoteOpen-minded variety of nationalitiesA collaborative, open workplaceTeam EventsThis is a remote position that can be done from anywhere.
