Front End Engineer

We’re looking for a Front-End Engineer to help scale and enhance our suite of user-facing applications. This is a mid-level position for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, agile environment, enjoys critical thinking, and isn’t afraid to challenge requirements to get to the root of problems.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain user-facing applications across our product suite.

• Collaborate closely with Product Designers to clarify requirements and critique designs.

• Contribute to technical discussions and architectural decisions.

• Apply modern front-end paradigms and cutting-edge solutions.

• Participate in 2-week sprints within our highly agile, startup-like environment.

• Use AI development tools of your choice (we provide allowances — current team uses Copilot, Cursor, Claw).

What We’re Looking For

• 3-4 years of experience in front-end development (startup/scale-up environment preferred).

• Proficiency with our core stack:

  • React Router

  • TanStack Query (state management)

  • Radix (component library)

  • Tailwind CSS

  • Familiarity with server-side rendering is a plus.

• Critical thinker — able to question assumptions and identify pitfalls early.

• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with minimal long-term planning.

• Fun, collaborative, and easy to work with.

• Strong English communication skills.

• Formal CS degree not required — passion and practical skill matter most.
