Every engagement we deliver is not just creative output, but infrastructure: systems that scale as our clients grow.At the center is The SOURCE, a platform blending design, AI, and automation into a single evolving system for brand truth, execution, and growth.We are backed by Infinity Constellation, the first AI holding company, and are building something category-defining at the intersection of brand, systems, and intelligence.Why This Role ExistsRadiance is moving from services-first platform-powered.We are looking for a Founding Product & Engineering Lead to help architect, build, and evolve The SOURCE from a powerful internal system into a scalable platform that supports both our agency workflows and future SaaS expansion.This is not a ticket-taking role.This is a foundational builder role for someone who wants to shape the product, the architecture, and the technical philosophy from the ground up.You ll work directly with the founder to translate creative workflows, brand logic, and operational complexity into elegant systems that compound over time.What You ll DoPlatform & Product ArchitectureDesign and own the technical architecture of The SOURCETranslate creative, brand, and agency workflows into scalable systemsBuild a platform that supports services today and SaaS tomorrowMake pragmatic decisions about build vs buy vs automateExecution & SystemsShip fast, iterate often, and prioritize leverage over perfectionBuild internal tools that reduce scope creep and operational dragIntegrate AI, automation, and workflow tooling where it actually adds valueEstablish technical standards, documentation, and patterns earlyPartnership & LeadershipAct as a thought partner to the founder on product vision and sequencingHelp define what Radiance should and should not buildLay the groundwork for future engineering hires and contributorsOwn outcomes, not just codeWhat You Bring6 12+ years experience in engineering, product, or technical architecture rolesExperience building platforms or internal systems from zero to v1 (or beyond)Strong product intuition: you think in systems, not featuresComfort working in ambiguity with evolving requirementsAbility to translate non-technical needs into technical solutionsPragmatic, opinionated, and execution-focusedExperience with modern web stacks, APIs, automation, and AI toolingBias toward leverage, simplicity, and compounding valueMUST-HAVE HARD SKILLS (Non-Negotiable)1. Full-Stack Web Development (Production-Grade)Frontend: React / Next.js (or equivalent modern framework)Backend: Node.js / Python (FastAPI preferred) or similarREST + basic GraphQL understandingAuthentication, permissions, role-based accessHandling real users, real data, real edge cases2. Systems Thinking & Data ModelingDesigning relational and/or hybrid schemas (Postgres + JSON)Modeling entities like:BrandsAssetsCampaignsMessaging hierarchiesVersions / approvals / historyUnderstanding how systems evolve without breaking3. Workflow Automation & Tool IntegrationIntegrate tools via APIs (Stripe, Jira, Webflow, CMSs, CRMs)Use automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n, Temporal, etc.)Design async workflows (approvals, handoffs, notifications)Build internal dashboards and admin tools4.
