About Us
We’re venture-backed founders building AI for professional relationships (eventually all relationships). Our first power use case is an agent swarm that helps startups get warm intros to their dream customers & investors. We’re run by an experienced team (founders have 10+ years at YC-backed startups, ex-Stanford / Harvard), seed funded, and have found early pmf with several dozen companies ranging from Seed to Series C.

Responsibilities
Contribute to our core agents (and test them on your own network use cases)
Use prompt engineering and fine-tuning with foundation LLMs
Contribute everywhere and own technical decisions (ex new design pattern, architect agent development)
Qualifications
3-7 years of software engineering experience, strong coding skills
High attention to detail and pride in your craft
Remote or in-person (founders are in NY / engineers are NY & remote)
Experience with customizing Cursor / Windsurf / Claude Code to speed up development
Experience deploying and maintaining services in a distributed systems environment (handle failures, measure latency)
Experience with our stack - Typescript, Postgres, NextJS, Prisma, Docker
Experience with LLM fine-tuning and deployment
Experience with tools like Langsmith and Langchain for building agents
