Full Job Description
Hi, I’m Shun, founder and CEO of Anima. I left my career as a doctor because I was tired of seeing patients die from delays and misdiagnosis.
Our mission is to deliver precision medicine to anyone, anywhere, in under 24 hours. Our platform already serves millions of patients and 10xs the capacity of doctors. But the truth is, we’re just getting started. We’re building toward a superhuman, personalised medicine agent that could go well beyond humans, crunching tens of thousands of low level features at genome and transcriptome level.
We’re a tight crew of builders and operations working at the cutting edge of healthcare reinforcement learning and agentic AI, and we’re looking for exceptional people to join us. If you want your skills to have the highest possible stakes, you belong at Anima. Your work here will save lives. Period.
We’re looking for an exceptional early career Founder's Associate to help us scale every aspect of our operations, from customer success to revenue, product, and growth.
This role is a launchpad. Depending on your interests and strengths, you could grow into a specialist role in Product, Revenue, Growth or Customer Success. We’ll support your growth in the direction you choose.
We’re looking for someone who is hungry to grow, highly dependable, and deeply curious.
We’re looking for someone who:
Has 0–3 years of experience in a fast-paced or high-ownership environment (internships count)
A builder at heart who loves tooling, data and automations.
Brings intensity, pace and ownership to every task. No task is beneath you, and you love figuring things out.
Is a relentless problem solver who thrives in ambiguity.
Is extremely dependable. You make sure things don’t fall through the cracks.
Is highly agentic and doesn’t wait to be told what to do.
Is obsessed with growth and constantly seeks feedback.
Is a clear and confident communicator.
Is mission-driven and cares deeply about making an impact.
What to expect in the role
You’ll become a product expert with a deep understanding of Anima’s three product lines deeply.
You’ll collaborate with product and revenue – gather customer feedback, surface upsell signals, and shape product priorities.
You’ll run operational workflows across customer success, sales, and product.
You’ll work directly with customers and users – gathering feedback, resolving pain points, and building stronger relationships with GP practices.
You’ll build valuable and proprietary systems, internal products and automations to streamline internal processes (think Zapier and Retool).
You’ll represent Anima at events — demo the product, engage with the GP community, and share our mission.
This role won’t be for you if you
don’t want to be hands-on with execution or see process work as ‘grunt work’.
struggle with ambiguity or need a perfectly defined job description and career path.
aren’t willing to grow quickly through intense work and regular feedback.
