Why This Role

This role offers a rare opportunity to shape how enterprises securely harness the power of AI in mission-critical environments. Acting as the bridge between our North platform and enterprise engineering teams, you’ll guide a talented group of engineers to deliver cutting-edge, scalable agentic AI solutions to clients in sectors like finance, healthcare, and telecommunications. Our customers include global leaders such as RBC, Dell, and LG CNS.

We are looking for a Tech Lead who can dive deep technically when needed, ensuring smooth deployments in complex private cloud and on-prem environments, and driving innovation in how we build, ship, and maintain agentic systems that safely interact with enterprise data.

In this role, you will

• Lead a team of engineers across backend, infrastructure, and agent development disciplines on client facing projects

• Own the end-to-end Agent & Tool rollout with clients, including planning, configuration, testing, & end user rollout

• Deliver agentic applications that safely interface with sensitive enterprise data.

• Interface with the core platform engineering teams, contributing code & tests back to our core North platform as needed for your client

• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, research, and customer success teams to ensure deployments align with both client needs and product direction.

• Troubleshoot & root cause customer issues with their instance of the North platform

You may be a good fit if you:

• Have strong experience leading engineering teams, setting direction, and building technical culture

• Have shipped production-grade Python and are comfortable working across the stack

• Have deep experience deploying enterprise software in private or hybrid cloud environments.

• Are familiar working with applications deployed on Kubernetes

• Are customer-obsessed, comfortable engaging directly with enterprise partners to diagnose issues and co-design solutions.

• You excel in fast-paced environments and can execute while priorities and objectives are a moving target
