Job Summary
This role is a unique hybrid of high-level engineering, strategic consulting, and product advocacy. You won't just be showing people how to use our models; you'll be on the front lines helping them redefine what their businesses can actually do.
Responsibilities
Embed directly with clients to design, build, and deploy custom AI solutions and autonomous LLM-based agents tailored to their specific business needs.
Integrate AI capabilities into existing software development life cycles (SDLC) and core business processes to streamline workflows and drive measurable efficiency.
Troubleshoot, debug, and maintain models within production environments to ensure long-term reliability, performance, and scalability.
Translate high-fidelity customer insights and real-world technical challenges into actionable feedback for internal product and engineering teams to help shape the OpenAI roadmap.
Develop and share best practices for LLM implementation to help partners and the broader developer community scale their AI initiatives effectively.
Qualifications and Job Requirements
Write high-quality, production-ready code in Python, Java, C++, or TypeScript.
Demonstrate a deep technical understanding of LLMs, model fine-tuning, and the nuances of prompt engineering.
Architect and deploy scalable, API-driven applications utilizing modern tools such as Docker, Flask, or FastAPI.
Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment across the business.
Apply expertise in AI/ML workflows to solve real-world problems, specifically within the context of Bland AI's voice and automation platforms.
