As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you help turn Luminovo’s integration capabilities into a scalable, revenue-driving function. You work closely with customers, Sales, and Product to focus on the highest-impact integration use cases, shape them into repeatable solutions, and bring them to market. In doing so, you help build the processes and foundations that make Solution Engineering a core part of Luminovo’s growth engine.

You design and implement integrations between Luminovo and customer systems such as ERP, PLM, and CRM, guiding customers through technical onboarding and complex go-lives. At the same time, you continuously improve the developer experience of our APIs by defining common integration patterns, contributing feedback to API design, and maintaining clear, high-quality documentation.

This is a customer-facing, high-impact role with strong technical depth and real ownership. You act as a trusted technical expert in pre- and post-sales contexts, enable Sales and Customer Success with sound solution designs, and feed recurring customer insights back into Product and Engineering to improve Luminovo’s integration capabilities over time.

Luminovo is the first all-in-one supply chain platform built specifically for the electronics industry. Whether it's an OEM designing or procuring electronics in-house or an EMS, with a procurement and sales team – our platform helps them control their complete electronics supply chain.

👥 Whom you’ll be working with

• Igor, Solution Engineer and your manager.

• Customer Success Managers like Fabian, David, and Márton.

• Product Managers and Software Engineers.

• Close collaboration with Sales on complex customer cases.

🎯 Performance objectives

💸 Make Solution Engineering a revenue machine. You concentrate on highest-ROI features, help to shape them and bring them to the market. It’s about building up solution engineering and the processes around it. You own a product module and the sales motion for this product module.

🚀 Make the technical onboardings seamless and scalable. Optimise every minute spent in the onboarding & activation.

🧩 Improve the API. Push the UX of Luminovo's APIs to the next level and work on finding the most impactful use-cases. Take on the role of a product manager and sell the features to the customers.

🏗 Create an ecosystem. Partner with ERP, PLM, CRM systems to make Luminovo the most connected electronic supply chain software.

🤝 Create and drive the sales motion. Enable the sales and customer success teams to generate revenue from the product you shaped. You collaborate closely with the revenue teams to make sure the value of the API is well understood and finds its way to the customer.

🔁 Feed customer insights back into the product: Identify recurring integration patterns, bottlenecks, and customer needs and share these insights with Product and Engineering to continuously improve Luminovo’s integration capabilities. Co-shape Luminovo's API-first future.

We don't need you to be an expert in the electronics industry today. But you have to be willing to dive into it to understand our potential customers' unique situations and how our software tools can create value for them.
