Job Summary

This opportunity is ideal for a customer-focused AI engineer with expertise in enterprise solution architecture, AI implementation, and digital transformation. The role centers on designing, deploying, and scaling AI-powered solutions that address complex business challenges while partnering closely with enterprise customers throughout the implementation lifecycle. The successful candidate will lead discovery, solution design, proof of concepts, deployment, and adoption efforts, translating business needs into production-ready AI solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive measurable outcomes and long-term customer success.

Responsibilities

• Partner directly with enterprise customers to understand business goals, operational challenges, and AI transformation priorities.

• Collaborate with sales teams throughout the customer lifecycle, from discovery and demonstrations to deployment and adoption.

• Conduct technical discovery sessions, solution workshops, and executive presentations.

• Design practical AI-powered solutions that address real business challenges.

• Translate customer requirements into scalable, production-ready solution architectures.

• Build customer-specific AI use cases, workflows, and business scenarios.

• Develop, validate, and deliver proof of concepts, pilot programs, and production-ready solutions.

• Configure, optimize, and operationalize AI solutions within customer environments.

• Lead enterprise AI implementations from discovery through deployment and operational adoption.

• Facilitate technical workshops, implementation planning, onboarding, testing, and rollout activities.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery and customer adoption.

• Map customer business processes, data flows, and operational requirements into AI-enabled workflows.

• Support data integrations, solution configuration, and workflow optimization.

• Identify opportunities to improve business processes through AI, automation, analytics, and data-driven decision-making.

• Troubleshoot technical issues, workflow challenges, and adoption barriers.

• Drive customers from pilot initiatives to enterprise-scale AI deployments.

• Balance technical constraints, business priorities, and customer objectives to deliver measurable outcomes.

• Contribute to reusable implementation frameworks, playbooks, best practices, and deployment methodologies.

• Provide customer insights that influence product strategy and future AI solution development.

• Promote long-term customer success through continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications and Job Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Solutions Engineering, Technical Consulting, AI Consulting, Enterprise Software, Digital Transformation, or similar customer-facing technical roles.

• Proven experience working directly with enterprise customers in complex technology environments.

• Strong ability to translate business challenges into scalable, deployed technology solutions.

• Experience leading discovery sessions, technical workshops, solution design, onboarding, and implementation projects.

• Hands-on experience delivering customer deployments, proof of concepts, pilot programs, and production rollouts.

• Strong understanding of enterprise data ecosystems, customer data platforms, analytics platforms, identity resolution, audience intelligence, and modern marketing technologies.

• Experience with business process analysis, workflow design, data mapping, and solution configuration.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both executive and technical stakeholders.

• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments while maintaining a high level of ownership.

• Demonstrated experience driving initiatives from concept through implementation and operational success.
