We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Finance Manager to join our dynamic finance team. If you have a passion for finance and are eager to develop your skills in a supportive environment, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Calculate and accrue salaries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies.

  • Oversee salary payouts, ensuring timely and correct execution.

  • Record salary accruals and payments in the accounting system (1C), ensuring proper reflection of payroll expenses and related transactions in the financial statements.

  • Record and reconcile bank statements in 1C, verifying all entries and promptly resolving any discrepancies.

  • Allocate office expenses across projects to maintain transparency in cost distribution.

  • Reconcile intercompany balances within the group, ensuring timely settlements, proper documentation, and accurate reporting.

  • Reconcile financial transactions and closing balances, ensuring precision and completeness of accounting records.

  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities and assist in preparing financial analyses as required.

  • Additional Duties - support the finance team with other tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of the Ukrainian language is a must

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related discipline.

  • 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance (internship or entry-level experience acceptable).

  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reconciliations.

  • Experience working with 1C accounting software.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.

  • Intermediate and higher levels of English; knowledge of Slovak is an advantage.

  • Ability to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration with remote teams.
