Who You Are
6+ years in finance leadership roles (e.g., CFO, VP of Finance, Head of Finance, Controller)
Experience leading finance strategy at high-growth startups, scaling companies, or enterprises
Skilled at navigating complexity and aligning financial systems with company purpose
Values-driven, growth-oriented, and passionate about building not just strong balance sheets, but strong teams
Your life demonstrates commitment to personal development, self-awareness, and understanding others
Interested in a deeper integration between your personal and professional development
