TL;DR | Be the strategic finance and BizOps partner to our Partnerships organization. You will help shape and scale Lovable’s strategic alliances with hyperscalers, LLM providers, and the broader technology ecosystem by building clear deal economics, operational workflows, and performance measurement.
What we're looking for
Strategic Partnership Operator (AI-native): You are excited by partnership-led growth and can translate ambiguous partner opportunities into concrete business cases, decision memos, and operating plans.
Deal Economics & Modeling: You can model complex structures such as usage-based pricing, commit deals, revenue shares, referral / reseller programs, and co-sell motions. You communicate tradeoffs clearly and help partners negotiate with confidence.
Business Systems Builder: You can stand up the "boring but critical" plumbing that makes partnerships work at scale: contract-to-cash workflows, invoicing and partner payments, tracking, attribution, and post-deal governance.
High-slope talent profile: You learn fast, take ownership, and thrive in low-structure environments. You can move from 0→1 and then 1→10.
Technical & analytical: You have strong spreadsheet skills and are comfortable with data (SQL, BI tools, or equivalent). You can use AI tools and agents to automate analysis and reduce manual work.
Finance & BizOps Experience: 8+ years of relevant experience, including 4+ years in strategic finance or BizOps. We are also open to investment banking / venture capital and consulting backgrounds with analytical skill sets. Bachelors degree required.
What You'll Do
Own partnership economics: Build models and business cases for strategic partnerships (hyperscalers, LLM providers, platforms), including pricing, unit economics, and scenario analyses.
Operationalize partnerships end-to-end: Design and run the processes that turn signed deals into shipped value: partner onboarding, billing flows, revenue share calculations, internal enablement, and ongoing reporting.
Create clear measurement: Define what "success" means per partner (financial and product outcomes) and build lightweight dashboards and operating cadence to track it.
Support negotiation and governance: Prepare negotiation support (term comparisons, guardrails, redlines) and set up post-sign governance (QBRs, escalations, renewal readiness).
Build an AI-native function: Use AI agents and automation to accelerate partner analysis, contract summarization, and reporting—prioritizing speed and correctness over manual workflows.
