Our next Field Marketing Specialist, based in the US, will help build brand awareness and create business opportunities for our sales team. They will operate closely alongside the industry event calendar of decision-makers in our core ICP (Betting & Gaming, Fintech, Retail) and help deliver bespoke events for our prospective clients. This position plays a critical role in executing our revenue goals and helping SEON to dominate the fraud-fighting space.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a natural curiosity to learn, a desire to work collaboratively on a variety of programs and the ability to manage numerous creative projects simultaneously in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
What you’ll do:
Support the Field Marketing Manager in executing events that drive new business for SEON from start to finish (tradeshows, ancillary events, regional events)
Manage sponsorship deliverables while meeting deadlines
Coordinate with internal teams such as product marketing, brand, content, product, customer success, sales, public relations, and digital marketing to manage marketing program components
Assist with the planning and execution of internal events like our company kickoff
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects stay on track, align with goals, and remain within budget
Contribute to the evolution of event operations by identifying opportunities for innovation and process improvements
Develop and maintain templates as needed
Requirements:
4+ years of experience in field/event marketing ideally within a B2B SaaS environment
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or similar field
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently with effective project management, time management, prioritization and organizational skills, with extreme attention to detail
Strong verbal and written communication and excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to take initiative with an optimistic “can do” attitude and a strong sense of teamwork
Flexible schedule to maximize overlap in working time with key stakeholders
Travel up to 20% to assist with in-person event setup, execution, and teardown
Preferred: experience with Hubspot or similar
