About the Role
Snowflake is looking for a Field Marketing Specialist, Benelux to join our growing marketing team in Amsterdam. In this role, you will plan and execute field marketing programs that drive pipeline and accelerate revenue across the Benelux region. You will work closely with Sales, Demand Generation, and Partner teams to build high-impact events and campaigns that connect with our target audiences at every stage of the funnel. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated team player who is extremely organized and eager to learn.
What You'll Do
Plan and execute field marketing programs — Own the end-to-end delivery of regional field events (executive roundtables, roadshows, hosted dinners, third-party sponsorships) that generate pipeline and accelerate existing opportunities.
Drive pipeline contribution — Partner with regional Sales and SDRs to align programs to account and territory priorities, ensuring consistent pipeline and bookings impact.
Manage event logistics — Coordinate all aspects of event execution including venue selection, vendor management, invitations, content, and post-event follow-up.
Collaborate cross-functionally — Work with Demand Generation, Product Marketing, and Content teams to ensure regional programs are aligned to global campaign strategy.
Track and report performance — Measure program ROI including responses, MQLs, meetings, SQOs, and influenced pipeline. Report findings to stakeholders on a regular cadence.
Manage budget — help maintain the regional field marketing budget, ensuring efficient spend and accurate forecasting.
Support ABM motions — Align field activities to target account lists and coordinate with the ABM team on account-specific engagement programs.
What We're Looking For
2–4 years of B2B marketing experience, with a focus on field marketing, event marketing, or demand generation.
Proven track record of planning and executing multi-format events that deliver measurable pipeline impact.
Strong project management skills — ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Experience working closely with Sales teams, ideally in a technology or SaaS company.
Data-driven mindset: comfortable working with marketing metrics and CRM/MA tools (Salesforce, Marketo, or equivalent).
Excellent communication and collaboration skills — able to influence and align across functions.
Based in or willing to relocate to Amsterdam; comfortable traveling within Benelux as needed.
Fluency in Dutch and English required; additional European language(s) a plus.
Nice to Have
Experience in a high-growth cloud, data, or AI company.
Experience managing third-party agencies and event vendors.
