About the job

Twilio is looking for a results-driven marketer to join the Field Marketing team. This role will help build scalable programs that help spread the Twilio magic in spanish speaking countries in LATAM.. 

This role presents an excellent opportunity for a new marketer who has a very good understanding of the region, is experienced in driving field marketing programs in Mexico, Colombia and other spanish speaking countries in LATAM. 

The person is a self-starter who thrives in a very fast paced environment, willing to roll up their sleeves, and regularly works outside of their comfort zone.

Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll:

  • Bring strong event management expertise and hands-on experience

  • Execute high-impact campaigns that drive promotion and attendance for both live and virtual events

  • Demonstrate a proven track record of building successful partnerships with sales and leadership teams

  • Create new and innovative in-person marketing programs that drive awareness and pipeline across multiple accounts

  • Work cross-functionally with campaigns, outbound, ABM, and partner marketing teams to develop meaningful regional programs that drive business results

  • Communicate and educate the sales team on all programs through multiple channels

  • Establish, manage, and maintain vendor relationships

  • Analyze and interpret event metrics regularly to report on performance (experience with Salesforce, Tableau, and Marketo is a plus)

  • Apply a strong understanding of both the marketing and sales funnels, clearly articulating how they work together to drive success

  • Provide insights and recommendations to sales on what is working in top accounts and identify opportunities for deeper penetration and stronger relationship building

*Required:

  • Ability to speak and write in English and Spanish fluently
  • 5+ years experience in B2B marketing, including corporate events
  • Experience in end-to-end program ownership in a fast-paced and hyper growth business environment
  • A self-starter with exceptional project management and organizational skills with an ability to prioritize independently, and delegate tasks when appropriate
  • Ability to work cross functionally and enjoys team work and team execution.
  • Metrically driven with a passion to analyze data 
  • Technically savvy and experience with the cloud, APIs, communications, enterprise software, devices, and mobility is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 

Location

This role will be remote, and based in Mexico City.

Travel
