We are looking for an enthusiastic Field Application Engineer to join our team supporting us in the next phase following our Series B. You will report directly to the Senior Director, Customer Success.
What You’ll Do:
Installation at customer's site both locally in Kentucky and out of state (i.e Texas, Michigan, Georgia, etc.)
Work on the factory floor of multiple locations
Integrate machine vision systems with production lines, PLCs
80% travel, including 40 - 60% overnight travel to on-site locations
Demonstrate in lab product to customers
Who You Are:
3+ years of experience as a field engineer or field technician
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
Basic mechanical and electrical hands-on skills
Experience with a multimeter and soldering
Self-starter who can head up tasks on their own
Excellent written & verbal communications skills
Detail-oriented & patient
