What You’ll Do

  • Partner closely with the CEO to translate ideas into structured narratives, strategic plans, and presentation materials

  • Build and own executive-level decks for board meetings, investor updates, and leadership offsites

  • Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives, defining scope, milestones, owners, and success metrics

  • Drive end-to-end project management for CEO-sponsored priorities, ensuring timelines are met and risks are proactively managed

  • Establish clear operating cadences, tracking mechanisms, and reporting structures for high-impact initiatives

  • Conduct research and synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights

  • Analyze business performance data to inform decision-making and highlight risks or opportunities

  • Prepare briefing materials ahead of key internal and external meetings

  • Identify operational gaps and implement scalable solutions

  • Act as connective tissue across departments to maintain alignment on CEO priorities

  • Deep understanding of the adtech landscape, including publishers, DSPs, SSPs, agencies, and core performance metrics

  • Proven experience leading cross-functional projects from strategy through execution, with clear examples of driving outcomes

  • Strong analytical and structured thinking skills with the ability to synthesize business performance data into clear executive narratives

  • Exceptional Google Slides skills, with experience building board-level, investor, and executive-facing materials from scratch

  • Comfortable working directly with revenue, product, and financial data to inform decision-making

  • Highly organized with strong project management discipline, including defining milestones, managing stakeholders, and mitigating risk

  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and fast-moving, high-growth environments

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders

  • Low ego, high ownership, and strong accountability

The approximate compensation range for this position is $95,000-$125,000.
