What You ll Do Executive Support
Manage inbox, calendar, and meetings Conduct company and market research Maintain Notion dashboards and files Draft correspondence and summaries Coordinate with vendors, partners, and advisors
Personal & Family Support
Organize family schedules, travel, and reservations Handle flights, hotels, itineraries, and logistics Manage gifts, vendors, and personal tasks remotely Maintain strict confidentiality
Legacy & Special Projects
Assist with family-legacy, philanthropy, and archival work Organize digital materials and Notion project boards Coordinate education and cultural initiatives What I am Looking For
3 + years as an Executive / Personal Assistant or VA Excellent written & spoken English Proficient with Notion and Google Workspace Highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy Works well across time zones (EST preferred) Loyal, calm, and solutions-oriented
Bonus Skills
