Key Responsibilities:

  • Own post-enterprise growth strategy and execution for key AU accounts

  • Drive our value-first approach: project success → company success → Aphex growth

  • Build and nurture relationships with senior decision-makers across customer organisations

  • Conduct quarterly business reviews with executive stakeholders

  • Generate expansion opportunities within enterprise customers

  • Work with and lead customer success managers to deliver great onboarding and activation for customers

  • Help customers establish consistent operating processes across their projects

  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations that resonate with the folks running projects

  • Adapt and iterate your version of our proven playbooks

  • Consistently achieve quarterly and annual expansion targets

Who You Are:

  • Construction Expertise > You've spent years on-site in construction, perhaps as a PE, SPE or an Area Manager, and now you're ready to leverage that knowledge in a new way.
