About Manifest
Manifest is a tech-enabled immigration law firm reshaping how legal services are delivered. Our mission is to make the immigration process faster, smarter, and more accessible for millions of people navigating one of life’s most complex systems.
The legal world has long been a black box—built on complexity, designed for gatekeeping, and riddled with red tape. Traditional firms profit from opacity, billable hours, and outdated communication. Manifest is different. We combine top-tier legal talent with modern technology to create a transparent, efficient, and human-centered experience.
We’re building not just a better law firm, but a trusted brand and platform that redefines what immigrants can expect from legal services.
About the Role
We’re looking for an Events Manager to create and execute world-class B2B and B2C events that put Manifest at the center of the VC and startup ecosystem. This role demands a sharp operator with strong events experience, the presence to engage senior stakeholders, and the drive to consistently deliver experiences at the highest standard.
The ideal candidate combines strong people skills and presence with flawless execution and strategic thinking. You’ll be responsible for shaping and executing both owned and partner events—ranging from intimate, curated roundtables to flagship gatherings that bring together top-tier founders, investors, and operators. This role is perfect for someone who can operate at a high level, keep many moving parts aligned, and ensure every experience is both premium and memorable.
What You’ll Do
Lead Event Strategy & Execution: Own the planning, coordination, and delivery of high-caliber in-person and virtual B2B events that advance brand visibility and strengthen relationships.
Curate Memorable Experiences: Design engaging, premium event formats and touchpoints—from run of show and content design to guest experience and brand presence.
Manage Stakeholder Relationships: Work directly with executives, VCs, and partners to align on event goals, manage expectations, and deliver with polish and confidence.
Drive Operational Excellence: Oversee logistics, vendors, venues, and production partners, ensuring seamless execution from planning through post-event debrief.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with marketing, content, and partnerships teams to ensure events are strategically integrated into broader company objectives.
Elevate Brand Presence: Develop collateral, experiences, and moments that elevate our brand and engage our target audiences.
Who You Are
4–6 years of experience in event management, event marketing, or brand experiences (startup, VC, or B2B experience strongly preferred)
A polished communicator with strong presence and people skills; comfortable engaging senior executives, investors, and partners
Execution-focused with a proven ability to manage complex logistics and multiple projects without dropping details
Highly strategic thinker who can design events that align with business goals, not just logistics
Adaptable, resourceful, and able to remain calm under pressure while solving problems quickly
Creative eye for premium experiences and brand storytelling
Familiarity with event platforms and project management tools (Asana, Airtable, etc.)
Salary
$100-$120k / year
