ALSO is looking for an Associate eCommerce Merchandiser for Europe to support the daily operations of an e-commerce site by implementing and executing online merchandising strategies, ensuring product presentation, and driving traffic and sales through content management and site optimization. Key responsibilities include managing product information, creating campaigns, analyzing data, collaborating with various teams, and maintaining a seamless customer experience by coordinating with marketing, tech, and merchandising departments.

What You Will Do

  • Manage and optimize the content of a multi-national webshop, including the homepage, category pages, landing pages, blog articles and promotional pages.

  • Manage country-specific localization, pricing, and customization

  • Launch and maintain products on Shopify, ensuring accurate content, imagery, and data.

  • Manage metafields, tags, and product placement across site pages.

  • Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns and homepage/category updates.

  • Optimize navigation, search, and site organization to improve discoverability and conversion.

  • Analyze customer behavior and site metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Collaborate closely with merchandising, marketing, creative, and technical teams to ensure flawless execution.

  • Work closely with software and engineering to vet, scope, implement, and QA third-party Shopify app integrations and new site features

  • Contribute to the continuous optimization of SEO and drive online traffic growth by testing new approaches and following digital trends.

What You Will Bring

  • Deep experience building in Shopify Plus

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience with multi-system digital platforms - including ERP, CMS, CRM, email, and/or analytics tools

  • Excellent written and verbal communication.

  • Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

  • Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for improving the online experience.

The salary for this position ranges from EUR 88,000 - 105,000 (85/15 split) per year, depending on experience, qualifications, and location. This is a remote role with occasional visits to our office in Deinze.
