Position
Kueski is seeking an Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) to act as an innovation catalyst identifying, shaping, and validating new business opportunities that align with our mission and growth strategy.
This role is ideal for a founder-minded with fintech experience who can drive end-to-end product and business development from market insight and business casing to MVPs, pilots, and go-to-market plans while partnering tightly with engineering, design, marketing, and operations to turn validated ideas into scalable products.
Key Responsibilities
Opportunity Discovery & Validation
Identify market gaps and develop innovative solutions aligned with company strategy.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer discovery to validate business ideas.
Test and refine concepts through MVPs, pilots, and structured experiments.
Venture Design & Business Case Development
Design and develop business plans for new ventures or strategic initiatives.
Create financial models, go-to-market strategies, and operational frameworks.
Build foundations for new revenue streams with clear success metrics and stage gates.
Cross-Functional Execution & Stakeholder Management
Collaborate across engineering, design, marketing, operations, and other partners to drive execution.
Serve as a strategic advisor to leadership on entrepreneurship and innovation.
Represent Kueski at industry events, conferences, and panels as an ambassador for innovation.
Ecosystem & Partnerships
Build and maintain relationships with investors, partners, and external stakeholders to support venture growth.
Job Requirements
8+ years of experience in startups or high-growth environments.
Proven track record as an entrepreneur, founder, or executive leader in a high-growth startup.
Experience building fintech products.
Strong business acumen in market research, strategy, and business development.
Demonstrated ability to take ideas from inception to execution.
Exceptional networking and relationship-building skills.
Comfort with fast-paced, high-ambiguity environments.
Languages: Conversational Spanish and English (required).
