Your Mission:

To meet the quota or assigned targets and giving the best experience to customers while nurturing them to be enterprise class base for UiPath

This is what you’ll do at UiPath:

  • Mine existing relationships as well as comprehensive sales and product plans to further grow UiPath’s key relationships.

  • Understand customer’s business to be able to explore automation opportunities

  • Understand product and competitive products to be able to demonstrate our value proposition effectively to clients.

  • Develop and execute account strategy and roadmaps for a long-term relationship

  • Develop and maintain relationships with decision makers in the market

  • Interface with Technical sales support team and Customer success team to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Achieve quarterly quotas.

This is what you’ll bring to our team:

  • 12-16 years of enterprise sales experience in the software or software solution sales industry

  • Previous experience of selling to enterprise customers in IT/ITES or global system integrators

  • Experience in account planning, territory planning, multi product selling strategy etc

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentations skills

  • Good collaborative, interpersonal and negotiation skills

  • Experience in Application selling background like ERP/CRM will be an added advantage.

  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-moving team.

  • Energetic and highly motivated personality
