Role Purpose and Responsibilities
As an SDR for Treefera you will play a crucial role in supporting sales efforts, engaging with prospective customers, and assisting in the sales cycle. Responsibilities are listed below, but not limited to:
Identify and engage prospects aligned with our ideal customer profile (ICP).
Support a variety of lead generation approaches in collaboration with Sales and Marketing.
Run a large volume of cold outbound campaigns.
Conduct qualification and discovery calls to assess fit and communicate Treefera’s value.
Research prospects and industry trends to personalize outreach.
Maintain and update CRM records (HubSpot) to ensure pipeline accuracy.
Enrich contact and account data for improved targeting.
Assist senior sales reps in campaign planning and client engagement.
Join customer meetings and demos to build your product and market knowledge.
Key requirements - what you will bring to the table
Must have 2+ years experience in B2B SaaS sales/business development role (SDR/BDR) or equivalent, including engaging upper mid-market, enterprise, strategic, or key accounts.
Experience and comfort with high volume cold outreach campaigns, including research, cold calling, tailoring messaging, and email/LinkedIn.
Clear, confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
Highly organized, self-starter comfortable in fast-paced environments.
Familiarity with or desire to learn CRM tools (HubSpot, Sales Navigator).
Genuine interest in AI technology, transforming supply chains, sustainability, and decarbonisation of the planet.
Curious, coachable, and excited to grow within a world class team.
Nice to have
Fluency or working proficiency in a business setting in Thai and/or Bahasa Indonesia
Compensation
This role offers a competitive base salary in the range of $65,000 to $75,000 SGD, with additional commission linked to performance. The role follows a 70/30 base and commission structure, providing a stable foundation with meaningful upside for achieving and exceeding targets.
Final compensation will be aligned with your experience, skills and geographic location.
